"User cannot log in through domain"

If you get an error message like the above when trying to log in, it means your account is only allowed to login to a specific subdomain within your organisation.

For example, if you work for the Doors division within Example Joinery, you may not be allowed to login to the main Example Joinery version of integrate hosted at example.joinery. You would need to change the URL to something like doors.example.joinery to be able to log in.
