Processing and revising an order.

1. To turn a published quote into an order, click the Process as New Order on the bottom right of the quote matrix page.
2. You will be asked to choose a prefix for the order number - the options will depend on your company, and can be configured under Order Settings. Make your selection and then click Turn Quote into Order.
   
3. You will see two further messages asking if you want to send an email to the sales person assigned to the lead, and asking if you want to update the status of the lead to "Won".
   
   

Revising an existing order

1. From the order page (under the General tab), click the Quote reference to go back to the original quote for that order.
2. On the quote matrix page, click Copy Quote to create a new open quote based on the published quote. 
   
3. Click the pencil icon next to any item to open the drawing and make changes, then save the drawing. To add or remove items altogether, or to switch the drawing, you will have to go to Quote Overview.
4. Once you have made all your desired changes, click Update Drawings, then Publish Quote.
5. Click Revise Existing Order, select the order you want to amend, and then click Revise Selected Order. The order will be updated to reflect the changes made to the drawings.
