Missing uploads on an order
Symptom: photos or other files expected to appear in the uploads tab of an order are missing
Scenario 1: files uploaded to a lead not appearing in the existing order
When a quote is processed as an order, any files uploaded to that lead are automatically transferred to the order, and will appear in the uploads tab. However, any files uploaded to the lead after the quote was initially converted in to an order will not transfer to the order. These should be uploaded directly to the order instead.
Scenario 2: files missing after job number has changed
Uploads are stored under each order's job number, so if that job number is changed by editing the order prefix, any files already added to the uploads tab will not appear under the new job number. To get them back, you can temporarily change the job number back to what it was before, download the files, and re-upload them under the new job number.
For this reason, it is not recommended to change the job number of an order unless absolutely necessary.
