Video Guide: Connecting HubSpot to integrateCRM
This video shows how to access the HubSpot connector site, to link integrateCRM with a new or existing HubSpot account.
Key Points: Connecting HubSpot to integrateCRM
1. Include the client in the config file.
In the HubSpot Connector repository, ensure the client is included in the services.yaml config file.
Note: For further information SEE HERE.
2. Access the client's HubSpot page.
As an external support user, log in to the client's integrate system. Navigate to Settings > System Management > HubSpot.
Note: If not logged in as an external support user, access to the next page will not be possible.
3. Connect to HubSpot.
From the HubSpot page, click the connect HubSpot button in the top-left corner.
4. Log in to HubSpot.
If a first-time user, log in to add a HubSpot account. If already an account holder, select the desired account from the list and click the choose account button.
5. Connect to integrate.
Once logged in and desired HubSpot account selected, click the connect app button. The system will complete the connection to integrate.
6. Complete connection.
The HubSpot account should now be connected to integrate.
