This is a short guide to explain what the factory loading report shows and how to use it.
What is the factory loading report ?
The factory loading report is a report view which shows the sum of the estimated production minutes for processes where manufacturing is yet to be done in a given week.
In Summary it is a predicted report of how long processes are estimated to take within your factory for a given time period.

Which will take you directly to the Factory loading page.

What does this report show ?
When the factory loading report is initially opened it will display an over view of each process within your production line, outlining the estimated minutes of production which is yet to be completed.
Selecting any of the boxes within the report will provide a detailed breakdown of the selected processes' estimated minutes and production value per individual item.
Additionally, beneath the scheduled week, you will find a 'Backlog' section. This section displays any jobs that were not completed in the previous week, which are automatically rolled over into the following week's schedule until they are finished.

Please note that the estimated minutes the system uses are pulled from the 'Estimated Labour Time' page within the integrate production system.
Step 1. To locate this page navigate to the 'IntegratePro' Section of your home page and select the 'Lookup Editor' from the list.
Step 2. Select the 'Estimated Labour Time' tab and this will take you to where the estimated minuet calculations are made for your system.

Extra note:
Please also be aware that these estimated minutes can also be manually modified when a job is imported to the production schedule.

Changing the view
You can customise various elements of the report to better fit your specific time frame and data requirements. In the top right corner, you'll find three adjustable options that allow you to tailor the report to your needs:
- Time Frame - Four checkboxes allow you to change the viewable length of time displayed from per day to per year.
- Displayed columns - Ticking or unticking the one of the three tick boxes will show/hide the selected data within the report
- Production line - If your organisation has multiple production lines then this option will appear to allow you to Isolate just one or all of your production lines.
