Create Quotes with Multiple Quantities.

How to create quotes with multiples of the same window or design.

  1. On the Quote Overview page, create a drawing as normal. Next to the price, click the text Qty: 1, which will open up the Drawing Quantity menu.
     

    Here you can change the quantity to any number up to 100.

  2. Quantity information is displayed on the Quote Matrix page:
  3. Quantity will always display on the item breakdown of the quote PDF as long as you have the price switched on:
  4. You can also see item quantity on the financial summary section of the quote.
    To enable this, you will need to go to quote settings and make sure the Quantity column is selected: 

  5. The total number of units on the quote can be displayed at the bottom of the summary:
