Configure Drawing Board to automatically switch sash window frame type based on operation (cord vs spiral hung)

The Drawing Board can be configured so that when you switch a sash window from cord hung to spiral hung (or vice versa), you will be asked if you also want to update the frame type from hollow box to solid spiral.

  1. From the main page, go to DrawingBoard Config, then Default Value.
  2. In the Part Filter, search for "pair", and in the Property Filter, search for "frame":
  3. For all relevant ranges, set defaultSpiralFrameJambType to "Solid Spiral for Sash", and defaultCordFrameJambType to Hollow Box.
  4. For all relevant ranges, set updateFrameDetailsOnOperationChange to "Yes".
