Assigning a Lead and Adding a Sales Visit

Step-by-Step: Assigning a Lead

Step1 - Locate the lead.                                                                                                                                                                Locate the required lead using the main search function in the top-right corner, or from the lead list

Step 2 - Open the tracking tab.                                                                                                                                                    From the lead's main page, click tracking.
 


Step 3 - Edit the sales assignment.                                                                                                                                            Click the pencil icon to edit the lead's assigned salesperson.

Step 4 - Select a salesperson.                                                                                                                                                                 A list of frequently assigned salespeople is displayed. Click a name to select or open the full list of users via the drop-down menu at the bottom.

 

 

Step 5 - Save the assignment.                                                                                                                                                        Click save. The system will prompt whether to send an email notification to the selected salesperson. 

 

Step-by-Step - Adding a Sales Appointment

Step 1 - Add a new appointment.                                                                                                                                                From the tracking tab of a lead, click add new appointment under sales

Step 2 - Choose a date.                                                                                                                                                                         The calendar for the lead will open. Click on the required date.

Step 3 - Enter appointment details.  

Complete the fields on the right. By default, the attendee will be the person assigned to the lead. Additional attendees can be added by clicking add, and any attendee can be removed by hovering over their name and clicking the X button.

Note: For provisional appointments, untick the confirmed box to mark the appointment as TBC.

 

Step 4 - Save the appointment.                                                                                                                                                    Click add appointment. The appointment will appear in both the lead’s calendar (accessible from the tracking tab) and in the personal calendars of all attendees.
